Georgia loves to play. She just gets so excited sometimes her whole body shakes. She has her favorite toys and lights up when she sees them. She is also learning to use her toys differently...the giraffe's ears are great for chewing now that she can sit up and lean over to taste them! She loves looking at Elmo (who doesn't?) although she only knows him from a book. My mom has an Elmo Loves You doll in her kid box and I can't wait for Georgia to see it.
We are passing on our Bumbo chair to Georgia's friend Ellery so we've introduced the highchair. She was very compliant...the promise of food is strong motivator. In the picture she's leaning over trying to get the food on the table.
She's very helpful with her daily care. She will wipe her own mouth if she's given a towel, and trust me, that goes over much better than when we try. She gets so offended! The dentist told us to just let her chomp on the toothbrush to clean her teeth and she seems to enjoy it. Recently she's started reaching down to help pull a clean diaper up to her waist. I hope that bodes well for potty training!
