A Polite Way to Say "Mine!"

I was reading something that made me realize Georgia's about the age of "mine!" Hmm...I haven't heard her say that yet, I thought to my ever-so-naive self.

But I've started listening to her conversations and realized she is saying, "Georgia" and pointing to herself, essentially "mine!"

And how was I missing her pointing to something and stating emphatically, "That's Georgia's." Ohhhhhh...code for "mine!"

I'm going to chalk this up to parents who talk about themselves in the 3rd person. At least it sounds more polite than "mine!"
