Loving Ellery at the BBQ

This weekend we went to a BBQ hosted by our friend (and midwife) Lauren. It was so great to see her and meet her beautiful baby girl Ruby. We didn't get to hold Ruby because she went to bed shortly after we arrived and we MUST have a playdate soon because I am obsessed with her perfectly round, fuzzy head and big sky blue eyes. I couldn't sleep last night for thinking of wanting to snuggle her!

We also got to catch up with midwife and friend Jody. Jody was on-call when got to the hospital the day Georgia was born and helped tremendously in making the transition into birthing at the hospital. She is expecting her first baby and we are over the moon with excitement. The timing is pretty neat too...Georgia, Ruby, and Jody's baby are all late February babies!!

Georgia loved the other babies and was directing them on playing the piano. She thought she was big stuff!

But the highlight of the evening was Georgia and her friend Ellery getting reacquainted. Ellery is Lauren's niece. This was the warm up....
